Tsunan Sake Brewery's Sake Was Sold at "JRE Local Hub Tsubamesanjo in Tokyo Station"
Tsunan Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tsunan Town, Niigata Prefecture, Representative Director: Kengo Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as Tsunan Sake Brewery) participated in the “JRE Local Hub Tsubamesanjo in Tokyo Station” from September 2 to 8, 2024, an event organized by the JR East Niigata Branch and Dots and Lines Co. The company supported the sale of its sake at the FARM8 booth during the event. This event aimed to widely promote the local industries and culture of Niigata, particularly around Tsubamesanjo, in the Tokyo metropolitan area and to create new business opportunities.

Tsunan Sake Brewery’s Exhibit
At FARM8¡¯s booth, Tsunan Sake Brewery showcased its flagship “GO Series,” allowing many visitors to sample the sake. The GO Series, made from rice produced locally, was highly praised for its rich flavor and aroma. The exhibition, held at Tokyo Station, a key transportation hub, provided an excellent opportunity to introduce a wide audience to the concept of “Tabinomi,” which encourages travelers to enjoy sake on their trips using the brewery’s PIN bottle. The booth attracted significant interest from visitors.
Collaboration with FARM8
Through its collaboration with FARM8, Tsunan Sake Brewery¡¯s sake was paired with local ingredients, offering visitors a taste of Niigata¡¯s food culture. FARM8, a company dedicated to developing solution-based food products and creating systems for “[Eating the Region],” aims to contribute to the development of local industries. This exhibition allowed visitors to experience the deeper charms of Niigata.

Tsunan Sake Brewery is a sake brewery located in Akinari, Tsunan Town, Nakauonuma District, Niigata Prefecture. This region is known for its heavy snowfall, and the brewery uses natural spring water sourced from the nearby 2,000-meter mountains in its brewing process.
